Star Farms Amenities
Star Farms is planned around eight resort-style amenity campuses, from the social hub of The Resort Club to active-adult retreats, family centers, neighborhood pools, and a private trail system. Some campuses are open and others are still planned. Here is every one of them, with maps and photos.
All eight campuses at a glance
Bourneside Road runs north to south through the center of the map. Campuses 1 to 4 are on the west side and 5 to 8 on the east side.

Amenity timing and final plans are subject to change. Per the community developer, market conditions and the number of homes closed determine the final footprint of any amenity. Association assessments cover access to the designated amenities, and some programming may carry additional fees. Confirm which campus serves a specific home with the builder.
The Resort Club
The social hub of Star Farms, The Resort Club, will be an innovative, amenity-rich campus including a hospitality-staffed clubhouse, where members can explore interests, stay active and connect with friends who share similar excitement for this new chapter in life.

Adventure Retreat
The Adventure Retreat will be a social center catering to the needs and lifestyle of the active adult. Amenities will include an indoor gathering space for gaming, clubs and a calendar of activities in addition to a strategically designed wellness center, a private pool for relaxing in the Florida sunshine or joining group water aerobics and much more.
